Police believe Tymisha Rivera was returning from a date with O'Connor on Dec. 19, when Miguel Rivera and Dunn rushed the door, pushing both inside O'Connor's house.
O'Connor was beaten with a firearm and thrown down the stairs before the trio ransacked his house and got away in Tymisha Rivera's car, where Bellingham Police found them later that night, according to police.
Miguel Rivera, who's being held at Worcester Correction Facility on $100,000 cash bail, was brought into the court in handcuffs and ankle shackles to plead not guilty to all 16 charges.
His attorney, Frank Camera, said it's unlikely he'll make bail before his next court date.
Rivera and Dunn each pleaded not guilty to all 16 charges against them, which are: five counts of unlawful possession of firearms, two counts of possession of a large capacity weapon, conspiring to commit a felony, armed burglary, possession of ammunition without a license, larceny in a building, armed robbery, armed assault in a dwelling, home invasion, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and larceny of a firearm, Camera said.
